As an experienced Business Development Manager/Sales Manager, you will be reporting directly to the Sales Director with responsibility of sourcing and closing new business for Pay per click Advertising. You will have a minimum of 5 years face to face sales experience preferably in an online environment.
You will possess excellent telephone technique and the ability to tailor proposals to the needs of your potential clients and a desire to succeed in an exciting fast growing environment.
Requirements:-
• Be driven and passionate about selling
• Minimum of 5 years sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of persistence, and people skills
• Good understanding of Google and Yahoo Pay per click services
• Skilled in Microsoft office
• A Team Leader
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and exceed sales targets
• Experience with Salesforce CRM system or similar desirable
• Relevant University Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in online or Search Engine Marketing sales or similar

Software Developer - SEO / SEM Agency

We are looking for an experienced Software Programmer. This is a great opportunity for an experienced software developer to join the Technical Development Team of this successful national Search Agency which has developed its own patented search software for export.
You will be analytical and flexible and ready to take on any challenges that are thrown your way.
This is a position, suitable for someone interested in making a long-term commitment. The role is that of developer/technician that includes a variety of challenges in the space between technical development and IT and includes (but is not limited to) the following skills and experience:-
• HTML, CSS, XML, and Javascript development and analysis skills
• 3+ yrs experience in PHP 4/5, Apache, and MySQL based web application development on both Windows and Linux
• Experience administering Linux web servers
• Understanding of MVC and OOP development practices
• Knowledge of SOAP and related web service technologies
• SEO/SEM Knowledge desirable
• Additional experience in Java, .NET or CakePHP Framework of benefit
• Experience in a customer support and/or development support role
• Excellent written and spoken communications skills
• A desire and ability to provide excellent service at all times to both external and internal customers
• Good problem solving and time management skills
• Display initiative, and have the ability to rapidly learn and apply new skills
• Have the ability to work in a small team environment
In addition you should be analytical, task orientated and results driven, and of course have the obligatory passion for the internet.
You will be a pivotal part of the software development team and part of the ongoing success of the business. You will report to the Software Development Team Leader.
You will be a person passionate about developing software solutions and likely spend a great deal of your own free time on the internet. You will be great with numbers, Excel, enjoy research and have an analytical mind.
