We're looking for someone with a passion for selling in the new online media sector. This is an outstanding opportunity in the fastest growing advertising medium globally to join a fast growing dynamic company.

As an experienced Sales Manager, you will be reporting directly to the General Manager with responsibility of sourcing and closing new business for Pay per Click, Google and Yahoo Advertising. You will have exceptional face to face sales experience preferably in an online environment or in media sales.

You will possess exceptional sales skills, enjoy 'hunting' sales and excel in meeting targets . Your excellent telephone technique and the ability to tailor proposals to the needs of your potential clients and a desire to succeed in an exciting fast growing environment will be an advantage.

Requirements:

• Be driven and passionate about selling
• Extensive sales experience
• Excellent communication skills
• A high level of persistence, and people skills
• Good understanding of Google and Yahoo Pay per Click services
• Skilled in Microsoft office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and exceed sales targets
• Relevant University Degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in online or Search Engine Marketing sales, media or similar

You will be working with the search operations manager and his team on an established portfolio of clients developing positive, long term relationships. Responsible for designing advertising campaigns for clients campaigns in Google and Yahoo, you will be part of the Search Marketing team responsible for the setup and execution of campaigns. This position has the responsibility to create effective SEM campaigns for our clients and account management. If you are innovative, organised, reliable, motivated, confident and enjoy new technologies.

Requirements:

• Customer service and account manager experience essential
• Skilled in Microsoft Office
• A high level of creativity
• Excellent communications skills and a team player
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet scheduled due dates
• Ability to analyse, report and act on data
• Excellent English writing ability

Desirable:

• Marketing or e-business qualifications (degree and /or diploma)
• Experience and knowledge in direct marketing
• Knowledge and/or experience in online marketing, search engine marketing and search engine algorithms
• HTML skills
• Blogging knowledge/experience
• Utilise social book marketing tools such as Digg, delicious and facebook
• Advanced Excel skills such as utilising macros
