Board

Philip Alexander, Chairman

Philip brings two decades of experience in media and technology to e-Channel, having held senior strategic, M&A, and operational roles in Europe, Asia and Australia. His background includes managerial and CEO positions with Yahoo!, iBEAM Broadcasting Asia, Chello Broadband, and leading media company VNU in Asia and Europe. Most recently he was Regional Corporate Development Director for Yahoo! in South Asia, a role that included observer board seats at Seek Communications and CarSales.com.au. A former Chairman of the Internet Industry Association (IIA) in Australia, he remains a director and is also CEO of online media strategy consultancy OrderPoint Australia.

Doug Adamson - Director

Doug has extensive experience in media and technology, founding and building successful high growth businesses in Australia, the UK and Europe including one of Australia’s web pioneers, Nethead, which was on-sold to listed company Multiemedia (MUL) in 2002. Doug combines entrepreneurial experience with a love of building businesses. In representing e-channel investor Playford Capital on the Board, Doug is playing an active role to ensure the business is positioned for robust growth.

Frank Grasso – CEO/ Director

An energetic advocate of search engine marketing over several years, Frank founded an SEM consulting firm in Melbourne, Australia, in the late 1990s. He has parlayed this experience into the successful national e-Channel business, with media clients like Fairfax Digital and a travel portfolio that includes industry leaders such as Flight Centre, Octopus Travel and Asia Rooms. Frank’s continuing commitment to R&D led to the development of Dynamic Creative™. Frank is also a co-founder and shareholder of WaterFind, a water rights trading service for growers.

Grant Goodall, General Manager

Grant has over 20 years experience in a diverse range of executive management and marketing positions. As a previous Executive Director of the Western Australian Tourism Commission, CEO of Tourism Council Australia (SA), CEO of Travelmarvel and NZTP Travel, General Manager Of Hertz Campervans Aust/NZ Grant has recognised credentials in the national and international tourism sector.

Grant also is the current Chairman of Harness Racing SA and was Chairman of the successful 2007 Interdominion.

His qualifications include an Advance Diploma in Business Management and a Degree in Education.
