Frank Grasso, Managing Director

Frank Grasso, CEO of e-channel Search, has been in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) since the early days of AltaVista and Lycos. Frank started his search career in Melbourne, Australia, in 1999, consulting to early adopters of SEM, such as the Victorian Government, Flight Centre, Wotif and Fairfax Digital. Frank worked as a Search Engine Marketing consultant until 2002, when he moved to Adelaide, South Australia, where he formed e-channel search. Frank set up a technology team and developed the multi award winning DynamicCreative™ software.

Guy Wayland, Head of Search, is responsible for the Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Pay Per Click (PPC) Advertising and Account service teams. With over eight years experience in Search Marketing, Guy previously headed up the Search Engine Optimisation division of Decide Interactive, now 24/7 Search, for over three years. In 2004, Guy founded WMS consulting, to meet the increasing needs of clients. Guy continues to be at the cutting edge of Search Marketing and joined the e-channel Search team in 2009.

Nick Danenberg, Ph.D

As e-Channel’s Research & Strategy Manager Nick loves being on the cutting edge of quantitative analytical techniques to enhance advertising effectiveness.

Nick’s focus at e-Channel is directed towards turning findings from analytical research into actionable, strategic insights for e-Channel, its customers and partners.

Prior to joining e-Channel, Nick was a Senior Research Fellow in Marketing Science in the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute at the University of South Australia. Nick is a specialist in quantitative analysis, using data visualisation and data mining techniques to drive business intelligence. His research into advertising effectiveness, buyer behaviour and customer loyalty and defection, has been funded by numerous national and international corporations and government agencies.

Nick holds a Ph.D. and a Masters degree in marketing from the University of South Australia.

Philip Alexander, e-channel Search Chairman, is a Director and investor in several media and technology companies in Australia and Asia. Philip is also a strategic advisor to some of Australia's leading media and technology organizations. As well as being Chairman to e-channel Search, Philip is also a Director at Hall Capital Strategies, an ASIC licensed boutique corporate advisory firm that offers business strategy and advisory services; including capital raising, trade sale, merger, acquisition and IPO services.

Amanda Heyworth, Director

Amanda Heyworth, Director

Amanda Heyworth, Director of e-channel Search has co-founded a software company that sold software to more than 60 countries, held strategy roles at the Australian Stock Exchange and the Wallis Inquiry into the Financial System and taught at the Australian Graduate School of Management. Her experience as an accountant, an investment banker and economic adviser in Australia and the US gives her a broad background in business strategy, finance and marketing. She has particular expertise in helping companies develop, test and execute plans for entry into new markets. She is also a board member of the Australian Centre for Renewable Energy, SA Lotteries and the Phoenix Society.

Narelle Page

Narelle Page holds a PhD, Master of Business (Research) and a Bachelor of Business from the University of South Australia. Narelle is the manager of contract market research services at the Ehrenberg-Bass Institute, a research institute that run’s tracking studies, ad hoc quantitative studies, data analysis, research design and implementation, focus groups, in-depth interviews and observational research. Narelle builds value for e-channel Search through customer relationships and service delivery.
